Senior evaluator at Istituto Italiano di Valutazione. SInce 2001 he designs, coordinates and runs evaluation processes targeting social, educational and work policies. Since 2010 is consultant at Provincia Autonoma of Trento, since 2002 he teaches at Università Cattolica in Milan, faculty of Scienze della Formazione. He is author of several publications.
