Senior researcher and CEO at Istituto Italiano di Valutazione. He coordinates evalutation interventions targeting social policies, training programs and participative processes; he runs consulting activities for the pubic services; he teaches at Università Cattolica and Università Bicocca in Milan. He is member of the Ordine dei giornalisti in Lombardia region and he is author of several publications.
